The third line circus is forming and enroute to Houston to bringing supplies and all the talents they can stuff into their vehicles. They are working with the Red Cross to provide entertainment, childcare and education as well as sharing information to the rest ov the world as to the realities ov the situation down there. All ov your expertise is needed, especially those ov you who have experience with refugee's your help and or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
