  the trend seems to be moving back to Oregon. probably west of I-5, according to the discussion on the MutantFest.org scouting forum.
  
  you're probably safest flying into Portland. lots of people go from Portland.

  I spoke with a veteran of the fest over the weekend who assured me it will be in Oregon. More then likely somewhere off route 97 near Madras in the mountainous regions.
